Nursery Third in Charge, Tatsfield

​​A Private Day Nursery in Tatsfield seek an experienced Third in Charge to support the manager and deputy manager in running the nursery, you will be room based when not covering the deputy role running the over 2s and pre-school room. The Nursery rooms cater for small numbers of children with a maximum of 18 children in anyone one room. The nursery has been graded “Outstanding” by Ofsted.


The Nursery Room Leader / Third in Charge will work 4 or 5 days a week, the working week is 40 hours. The Nursery Room Leader / Third in Charge will demonstrate a passion for their work and have the ability to manage the staff team. For this position you will need to be organised, efficient and demonstrate good leadership qualities.
The Nursery Room Leader / Third in Charge will work with the management team to deliver high standards of care and education across the nursery the nursery has bright open well-resourced rooms and a wonderous garden which is exceptional well equipped. 

The Nursery Room Leader / Third in Charge will work with the whole team to provide and environment that positively promotes the children’s well-being and learning in line with the Early Years Foundation stage (EYFS).
