Qualifications and skills

  • Level 3 early years qualification 
  • An understanding of safeguarding children
  • Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage
  • Good communication skills

The Nursery Practitioner or Early Years Educator will be working with children aged 2-4 years supporting their learning through planned activities and experiences that promote and nurture children’s love and natural curiosity for life and learning.  The Nursery Practitioner or Early Years Educator will be a key person to a group of children and their families with responsibility for all aspects of the children’s care including planning for children’s learning and development. The successful Nursery Practitioner or Early Years Educator will be working in a well-appointed environment with extensive resources and a fun strong team of friendly Nursery Practitioners.
